Shipping & Orders 📦

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes! We deliver to all Australian states and territories, including regional areas. We currently ship within Australia only.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and pack your order. Delivery timeframes start once your order has been dispatched and vary depending on your location and the carrier. Once your order ships, you may receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 AUD, and it's free on orders of $95 AUD or more. Some remote postcodes may incur a small surcharge, which will always be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Choosing the Right Product 🐾

What's the difference between a lick mat, a snuffle mat and a slow feeder bowl?

Lick mats are made for spreadable food like yoghurt, pâté or wet food, and the repetitive licking helps pets settle. Snuffle mats hide dry kibble or treats in soft felt folds so your dog can sniff and forage. Slow feeder bowls are everyday bowls with ridges or mazes that slow down fast eaters at mealtime. Many owners rotate between them to keep things interesting.

Are your products suitable for cats as well as dogs?

Our lick mats, slow feeder bowls, puzzle feeder and treat dispensers all work for cats too. The snuffle mat is designed with dogs in mind, but plenty of curious cats enjoy it as well.

Are they suitable for puppies?

Yes! Start with easy levels, such as lightly filled lick mats or loosely scattered treats on the snuffle mat, and always supervise young pets while they play.

My dog is a heavy chewer. Will these hold up?

Our enrichment products are designed for licking, sniffing and foraging, not chewing. We recommend supervising your pet and putting the product away once they're finished.

Use & Care 🧼

How do I clean them?

Our silicone lick mats are dishwasher safe, or you can hand wash them in warm, soapy water. Bowls, puzzle feeders and treat toys should be hand washed. Please avoid abrasive cleaners on all products. For the snuffle mat, shake out any loose crumbs first, then wash gently and let it air dry completely before the next use.

Will the lick mat stick to the floor or bath?

Yes. The suction cups grip smooth, flat surfaces like tiles, glass and bathtubs. Press firmly onto a clean, dry surface for the best hold.

What can I put on a lick mat?

Popular pet-safe options include plain Greek yoghurt, pumpkin purée, wet food and xylitol-free peanut butter. For a longer-lasting challenge, pop the mat in the freezer once it's filled.

Returns & Support 💬

What if I'm not happy with my order?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us first, and we'll send you a return label and instructions. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can make it right, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
